For Delivery orders: The date and time listed above reflects your event time only. Delivery and pickup times are scheduled separately by our office, and we will contact you to confirm the exact times.
•Our standard delivery hours are Thu–Fri, 9AM–6PM, and our standard pickup hours are Mon–Tue, 9AM–6PM. Our team may arrive at any time within a 3-hour arrival window. If your schedule is stricter than this, please select a Specific Delivery/Pickup time or contact our office to request other arrangements.
•Please make sure to select the correct delivery location.
•Deliveries or pickups scheduled before 9AM or after 6PM will incur additional fees.
•All requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until approved by our office. We will respond within 24–48 hours. If your event is sooner than that, please call our office for immediate assistance.
